Steak baked potato smothered in butter sour cream and shredded cheese, hot, buttery corn on the cob, homemade yeast rolls,a salad with ranch dressing and a nice tall ice cold glass of milk. Set at the family dinner table with the tv and phone turned off. Memories happen at the dinner table and gives children a feeling of closeness.

Dinner I like to keep light with a small piece of meat like maybe a filet Mignon with a salad on the side.
Very good, but not too filling. You can also substitute the steak with chicken.

Chicken or salmon, usually done over a bbq, with an interesting sauce, broccoli, and a salad with great dressing.
Or for a splurge, just give me a lobster or two.
