I was cast as the male lead in a play and I am having trouble being a convincing male. I need to know male posture and natural tendancies... does anyone have ideas or know a website with tips on how to do this? help, my play goes up soon!

One thing to remember, as you work on the physicality, is that males tend to carry their weight mostly in the shoulders, as opposed to women, who carry their weight in the hips. Try walking around with something heavy draped across your shoulders to get a sense of how that will effect your movement.

observe the other guys in your play. notice how they're sitting, where they hands are, how they walk, etc. stuff like that. get into the mentality of "i am a man" before practicing your play.

Just observe Hillary Clinton and get into that character.
