no, if you buy a phone from wirefly you have to buy a new plan, or renew a plan. so if your in a contract already then you cant buy a new phone without having to do another contract

Yes, you just take out the little computer chip looking card from your current phone and put it in your new phone.

I think so. you just have to sign onto another contract.
