No but he is in the Wrestling Observer hall of Fame and that is 1 million times more important than being in WWE HOF imo as it includes wrestlers from all corners of the world and is voted for by people who actually know what they are talking about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wrestling_Observer_Newsletter_Hall_of_Fame
Cmon as if Pete Rose, james dudley or william perry deserve to be in the WWE HOF as it stands, they are making it look like a complete joke.
Michaels is a true living legend in pro-wrestling and even if he never gets into the WWE HOF like Bruno Sammartino or Randy Savage wont; that will never change a thing.

No he isn't but he is definately a future hall of famer. Because he is still a member of the active roster he hasn't been put into it yet.
