That justice is considered a part of virtue.

While Socrates does argue that knowledge is a part of virtue, he doesn't seem to think it's the ONLY part, and even argues that other things are involved in acquiring and processing knowledge itself.

Meno tries to suggest that different people have different kinds of virtues, and thus that it would be different in Sparta or if you are over 50, but Socrates rejects that out of hand.

In fact, Socrates' rejection is how we get to the correct answer. He points out that there are some things which are virtuous for ALL people, such as temperance and justice. Thus justice is a part of virtue.
