the cops arrested me on my way to mcdonals saying that i was apart of a gang the atempted to robb a kid but was really arrested for wearing a black sweatshirt and baggy jeans (and they say racial profiling is a thing of the past) my lawyer says there is no case against me be cause of the manor in which i was arrested but everytime i go to court i have to get a new court date because the D.A doesnt have grand jury minutes...what is grand jury minutes???

The grand jury is the collection of people who vote to determine whether formal charges are filed.

The minutes are the record of that proceeding, including the testimony of any witnesses who appeared before the grand jury.
