In the US... I'd eliminate marriage as a legal status.
If states wanted to grant legal benefits to couples, they can get a civil union. Marriage becomes purely a religious concept.
And no discrimination for civil unions based on race, gender, religion, or anything else other than age of majority and consent.

A new law to make passing new laws restricting currently legal activities a lot more difficult!
Seriously, we already have way too many laws on the books!

Before the baby actually arrives, people should have to attend a parenting class (or series thereof). Those things dont come with instruction manuals!

Sex offenders would be put to death. It is bad enough they touch young children. Then they get out and they do it again. They answered the doctors ?s the right way and have learned nothing. They sit in jail at tax payers expense. Enough do away with them.

That I have complete irrevocable immunity to criminal charges or civil suit, no matter what I do.
