I am also too young for a job.

If you're too young for a job, then your parents should take care of your needs. Just don't have too many needs and if you do stuff around the house, you won't earn money but you will earn your parents' need to provide for anything you need.

Anything that your parents normally do is a good place to start. If they don't have to do the task, they will be appreciative and should pay you.
1. Do your own laundry
2. Wash the family's dishes after dinner
3. Take out the trash and take the can to the curb on trash day
4. Take care of your pets. Go above and beyond and brush them/walk them
5. Wash your parent's cars-this is a good one because your parents will be surprised when they see you outside taking care of something that isn't even yours.
6. Vacuum the whole house
7. Clean your bathroom
8. Clear your yard of dead leaves/weeds from winter
9. Wash all the windows (inside and outside)
10. Dust- especially in all those hard to reach places (base boards, around the heating/cooling vents)
11. Bring in and put away all the groceries when your parents go shopping.
12. Before you go to bed, do some general picking up around the house for your parents (an easy thing to do that will be much appreciated)
13. Offer to start collecting and recycling your aluminum cans. It's really easy to do and you get money for it. All you have to do is save your cans and have your parents take you to a local recycle station.
14. Offer to help cook dinner

This may seem odd to you, but you should look at Martha Stewart's website: Marthastewart.com and look at some of her homekeeping tasks, ideas, and tips.
Good luck.
Also, don't forget to ask your parents what they are willing to pay you for.

Are you too young for a paper route? How about walking the neighbor's dog? How about cleaning dog poop from the neighbor's yard (just be sure to do an extra thorough job!)? You could ask neighbors to give their redeemable cans to you and you will split the proceeds with them (this is a really big job so be prepared for it not to be simple). You can rake leaves if it is that season, or shovel snow if it is that season. You could offer to help neighbors who garden (with their supervision, at least for awhile - no one wants to have their good plants dug up when you can't tell a weed from a flower). If there's a grocery store nearby, you can use a cart (not a grocery cart from the store but another cart that you can buy in a catalog or at Home Depot, for example) to buy groceries and bring them to the house of older neighbors who don't want to have to shop.
Ask your parents about each ot these activities - they can suggest which neighbors might be interested in your help and how much you should charge.
As soon as the weather is hot, a lemonade stand can make some money. Just make it good, cold lemonade!

NONE! ZERO!

there are only ways that you can convince your parents to pay you for things that they can ask you to do for free.

if they needed something done, would they really hire you? They would hire someone that is a professional. and knows what he is doing.
