I had a big show a week ago and today i am cleaning like crazy for some reason. I guess it is the nesting instinct. Just out of interest, how long was it for you ladies before the actual labour began? Particularly interested about the nesting instinct as i know the show sign can be a couple of weeks before. Many thanks for your answers.

I started nesting about a month before, and It was crazy nothing could get clean enough. I even Ironed the pillowcases, and heven forbid if my husband would even drip something on the table. It was funny now that I think back on it. My daughter is 3 weeks old and Im glad I cleaned like crazy because now I hardly have the time to really clean. Only straiten up..

My mucous plug started coming out about a month before I went into labor. My nesting instinct kicked in about a month before also. You should've seen me at work. They knew something was going on, because I never did more than I had to at work. LOL!
