I read some comments on here that dont speak so highly about new service companies (such as my own) cold calling customers looking for new business. I'm looking to make some door hangers for my business and maybe flyers. There are alot of new offices opening up in some areas around me. Any ideas on whats the best approach for new offices and entry into existing ones?? Also how much and who can make door hangers for me?

Leaflets & door hangers = Graphic Design studio for design (or do it yourself) and Copy Shop for print & make (or find specialist on web).

Suggest you focus on new offices i.e anyone who dons't have cleaners yet. Often Cleaning is the last thing they think about when setting up a new office & chances are they will go with who-ever contacts them first ...

Existing Offices will typicaly have Cleaning Contract - these typically run for a year so you will only have a chance when the contract comes up for renewal (it's a good idea if you can find out when the Contracts are due for renewal and contact the Companies a few weeks before :-) )
