P.S. I just dropped Jason Varitek (C) and picked up Annibal Sanchez (SP, Florida) to boost my pitching.

don't drop pedro. he racks up the Ks. You have a decent team with potential if francoeur produces and freddy sanchez has the year he did last year.

You probably shouldn't have dropped Varitek, since he is better than Martin and you would still have Martin if Varitek gets injured. So you should pick up Varitek again if you can. You have a nice team, probably 8.5 out of 10. You need to address starting pitchers and get a better SS/2B than Lugo and Sanchez. Maybe you can make a package deal shopping Aramis Ramirez, Lugo, and Sanchez for better middle infielders, since you don't need Ramirez with A-Rod. Also, your outfielders are great, but you should pick up a fourth one for depth.

Your hitting is pretty decent. But your going to need a bunch more pitching. I would get rid of Vizqual Iguchi and pick up a couple of Good SP. (I would also maybe think of Tradeing (as a package) a 3ber. (Ramirez) with either your SS or 2b and upgrade in either of them (You already have Helton as a DH.)

But which ever way you need a couple more pitchers (Pedro starts on the DL)
