In Godzilla 2000, he's been killed, in one older film he was killed, and he's been defeated by King-King, King-Kong freakin' sucks!

Godzilla is cool. Yes, he keeps getting killed. But then he keeps coming back! The Japanese especially love him! I like him too!

King Kong I dont feel wins. I just think that he has had enough and takes off. Godzilla does not die in many films if you look at all of the films he is in.
Godzilla King of the Monsters - dies by the oxygen destroyer
Godzilla Raids Again - Gets buried in an avalanche ( I doubt that that would last very long)
King Kong vs Godzilla - Not official that he is defeated in the end.
Godzilla versus Mothra - Escapes into the water at the end
Ghidorah the three headed Monster - survives with no problems
Godzilla versus Monster Zero - Forces Ghidorah to Retreat ( this has to be the most confusing ending)
Godzilla versus The Sea Monster - Survives with no problems
Son of Godzilla - Hibernates through the winter
Destroy All Monsters - Lives happily ever after on Monsterland
Godzillas Revenge - Refuse to comment on this terrible film
Godzilla versus Hedorah - Survives
Godzilla versus Gigan - Survives
Godzilla versus Megalon - Survives
Godzilla versus Mechagodzilla - Survives
Terror of Mechagodzilla - Survives
There you have it. You can only say for sure that he dies in one film, Godzilla King of the Monsters. Most of the films he is in he prevails in the end. If he had fought Baragon more ofthen though......

Godzilla vs the Thing, Godzilla vs Megda(?), I think that was the flying turtle.
I liked Godzilla vs King Kong the best. It was a hoot

Love all the Godzilla movies, I have watched them all and own most of them. I'm 38 years old and still enjoy them.

because would you want something that big running around your city? they had to kill him. also king-kong in the movie was propaply stronger, no offens.

The Gargantuans( the nice brown one, and the mean green one ) are better.
