Cramping and nipple tenderness?

I am on clomid first of all (1st round on day 23 of cycle) My Dr. did an ultrasound on day 17 and I had produced a follicle on the right side He said I would feel a slight cramping on that side when the egg was released but I have been cramping on the left side. What is going on??? So I don't know when I ovulated or what this cramping is.

Many women don't feel any cramping at all, so I wouldn't worry about it.
