I find that using a good cleanser like Cetaphil face wash does an excellent job on stabilizing my skin and giving me a fresh, clean feeling every time I use it (once in the morning, once at night, for me - though if I was working out, I'd probably use it shortly after then, too!). It's not a heavy duty facial cleanser, it's quite gentle, but it's one of the most highly recommended over the counter cleansers by dermatologists.

Neutragena facial Soap,Oil of Olay Face wash,Dove Facial
soap.Scrubs are to use once a week because they are very abrasive on skin.Too often and you damage skin. The sun will
be harder on your skin causing brown spots and discoloration.Go to Beauty supply and ask for Face Wash
formulated for oily skin. You can use an astringent too. This helps cut down some oil from your skin.Sea Breeze or Witch Hazel, good products for good price.

I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, it works great and get rid of oil and dirt, especially in the T-zone. If you have oily skin, this face wash works great!

I use something from Trader Joe's with Tea Tree Oil and Awapuhi in it--it really keeps my face from getting oily, kills germs, and doesn't dry my face out. I think its by Desert Essentials, and is called "Thouroughly Clean Face" or something similar. I found that Neutrogena dried my face out, even though I have oily skin.

I used to have this same problem, until I started using Nutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. It is very refreshing.

I like SpectroGel because it doesn't strip your skin of the PH balance, or cause your skin to be stripped of all the oil (you need SOME oil).
It cleanses really well...and doesn't make your skin feel tight or too dry (although you should always moisturize after).
