what do I need to do to get an uncontested divorce in Illinois?

I've been married 7 years, no kids, just martial (personal) property & debt.

A uncontested Divorce means that you and your ex can sit down and agree to what eachother wants in the divorce. Go to the courthouse and ask for the proper papers to file an uncontested divorce and if the two of you can agree and sign the papers then a date will be set.

Good Luck...this is how I did my divorce and it really takes out alot of the stress.
