WD-40 works great on ink stains. The smell might knock you out, but the stain will be gone.

Spot Shot carpet cleaner is also good on ink stains. I have found that carpet cleaners are great for removing many clothing stains.

Some ink stains come out with isopropyl alcohol.

Use 'Shout' stain remover. You can buy this at your local grocery store. You first roll on the stain remover and then dump it into the washer. Voila! It should be gone! Back to its original color.
