Call your doctor or go to the labor and delivery department and get checked out. The signs of labor can be different with every pregnancy. I am a nurse in an OB unit, and women who aren't sure if they're in labor or not come in all the time. A lot of times it is a false alarm, but at least they feel better knowing. And those of us who work there don't think its silly or naive at all when they come in for a false alarm. By the way, you probably know, a fifth baby usually comes a lot faster than the first. Its a good idea to get checked out now. Good Luck!

OMG After 4 deliveries and you don't know what to do? If you are dilated you are on your way to give birth! Call you doctor right away and he will tell you what to do! I'm wondering how you know you are 2 cm dilated? You don't always have to have a lot of pain, you should know that. This one might just think you are a playground slide and come right out. (Joke!) I hope you make it to the hospital on time. If you don't want any more children make sure they tie your tubes while you are on the delivery table. And, if you want more, and this one comes quickly, have them tie your legs together when you are 8 months along. I'm just joking to make you smile. Prayers for a healthy baby go your way!

I would tell your doctor, but similar thing happened to me the other day. I am 38 weeks with my 4th and I was having contractions every 5 minutes with no pain at all and it lasted for 2 hours and then just quit. I told my dr and of course she just didnt seem concerned about it. So I dont know what to tell you except to go ahead and go to the hospital and get checked if they continue. Also try drinking water and laying on your left side to see if they stop.

Go to the hospital and get checked you are probably in labor and you don't even know it. You are lucky. Since this is the fifth pregnancy uterus is stretched enough that it may not hurt too bad in the first stage of labor.

Call your doctor and go to the hospital. Then, take a long walk in the hospital to help the dilation.

If you've been doing this for an hour, you need to call your doc or get to the hospital. It could be a false alarm, or you could just be better at dealing with the pain by now. Better to be safe than sorry.

Get to your doctor or hospital, it being your 5th child they come faster, you can be at 2 the next thing you know there is a kid. My ex husband had to deliver one of my children, it can happen fast.

Take a HOT shower, the water hitting your breasts and lower back kick starts/intensifies the contractions.
Have someone at home, just in case.
Good luck!
