you are tall, but need some weight. your height- wide out would be a good start- practice catching and study running routes. know the plays and you will be set. as for tight end- same thing- put on some weight and practice blocking. remember that you will be blocking for your running back(or fb). if it's defense you really like, then try out for corner back. you have height and relative speed, so study teams with good corners. good luck.

You should hit the wieghts, but as far as right now I suggest you stick with TE your height is fine. At 14 years old you may grow some more inches. If you know that position already stick with it. You might want to try some FB too. On Def. you should try OLB. I do not suggest any DB until you get faster.

If I were you I'd hit the weights, run wind sprints and shuttle runs to improve your speed and go out for receiver or strong safety. If you can put on some weight you could go for weak side linebacker.
My suggestion, start taking a protein supplement, creatine and amino acids and lift weights at least 4 days a week. Do lots of bench, squats, deads, and power cleans. Build some explosiveness.

you description is coming off as running back because of the height and 40 yard time jus work on those hands and since you can already break tackles , than i would see you as a 1st string "everydown" back

linebacker or safety because of your size, because most high school TE's are 6' and over, but if you work on you 40 time, and get it down into the 4.3.-4.5 range you would be the perfect running back

you seem like a cornerback, with decent speed and hands, but also a good tackler. I don't know if you are good at coverage, but don't worry because you have coaches for a reason. They will tell you where to play

I think you should go with what you know best which in your case is TE because your not going to know how to play anything else so why not stay with something you have a little experience in
