When I was 15(20 years ago), I was 5'2", and I am now 5'4". So you may grow some more. There isn't anything you can do to make yourself grow taller, no matter how hard you try. What you can do is concentrate on your posture (try doing Pilates, it really emphasizes posture), and you will appear taller and slimmer. I know a few women who have been doing pilates for a couple of months, and I think that they actually look taller and slimmer from doing it, but they swear that they have not actually "lost weight". Whatever height you end up with, just remember that you are still beautiful...

the one thing that will help your growth is if you eat right like for instance if you eat fruit veggies and excrise i am almost sure that you might get a growth sprut some time or another so do not worry and if you do not have that growth spurt it is not so bad being 5'0 and my mom is 5'1 and i am 5'5 so there is nothing wrong with being the height that you are believe me being 5'0 add chacter to some people and if some people can not accept you for the height that you are well you do not need to have them around you.

No, Sephora. If you are getting taller, it's because you are supposed to be getting taller. Your height is determined by genetics. There is nothing you can do to make yourself taller or promote growth. It was determined when you were born exactly how tall you will be. There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, drugs, exercises, stretches, sports---nothing that will help you grow. On the bright side, you won't be done growing till you are 19-20. So relax.

Genes do deternine your adult height, but there are lots of variants that can make you grow to the maximum potential if you exercise and have a proper nutrition.
Sleep for at least 8 hours, eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, and exercise outdoors. Playing basket-ball, volley-ball or any kind of sport that promotes stretching helps too.

Have you ever been told that you are taller when you first get out of bed?
This is because the vertebrates in your back are relaxed, by the end of the day your spine is compressed by the weight its supporting.
to appear taller, from the moment you get up pull your shoulders back suck in your belly and hold it all day.
You still have a bit of growing to do so I wouldn't worry too much.
If you are still paranoid about it do gymnastics or yoga they are both good for stretching and the flexibility of muscles.

I heard tell that after starting your periods you don't grow much taller. People in warm climates who reach puberty at an early age are often very short in comparison to people of the colder climates, like Scandinavia for example.
You cannot grow taller by eating, or exercising, just eat good fresh fruits, vegetables fish, small amounts of meat, beans and lentils, and drink lots of water, keep off the sodas, white flour, bread, white rice.

Nothing! But you can eat American meat, rich with synthetic hormones. It's why children are growing quickly. But you seem about average for your age. At 15 years old, I was 5'3" but today I am 3 inches taller than the average.

Sorry but its not possible to make yourself taller by doing any sort of activity... the only way to make yourself taller is to get growth hormone which is doctor prescribed and because you are not that short, you wouldent be eligible to recieve it...
