No, there is no in between temperature that is OK for both of them. The gourami and loach are tropical fish and the goldfish is a coldwater fish.
The minimum you should keep the tropicals at would be 22 C and the maximum you should keep the goldfish at would be 18 C.
You will slowly kill one or the other by keeping them at the wrong temp. By trying to keep them at a middle temp you will be killing them both. The wrong temp for any fish causes them a great deal of stress.
The stress involved with the wrong temperature environment will eventually compromise one or the other's immune system and make them vulnerable to opportunistic bacteria and/or parasites.

No. Gouramis and Yoyo loaches are tropical, goldfish like cold water. Bad combo- plus, goldfish produce more ammoina that the tropical fish can't handle.
