Now you may suffer from an improper angle of the dangle once you grind into the rind.

Go to the hardware store, and buy new nuts. Your old ones were probably defective anyway. On your way home, stop at the Grocery. Expect to see Swiss, Cheddar, Brie, Gouda (my favorite), etc.
