Who i really like talking to but the problem is, whenever i'm walking with or talking to her, her other friend hates me. I don't know why she hates me... Let's call my friend Melissa and my friend's friend Shirley. Okay, so usually, i walk Melissa to class but recently, Shirley keeps showing up to ward me off. Today, she found out i had been walking Melissa to a different class so Shirley hurrys off to Melissa to get her to walk with her leaving me to walk alone. Shirley acts like she hates me talking to Melissa. I'm not sure what to do about this because i really like being around Melissa and i know she likes talking to me too.

Okay, forgot to mention, Melissa is like a little sister to me and i know she thinks of me like as an older brother. Shirley has a boyfriend already and i'm pretty sure she hates my guts. i don't know if this is right or not but sometimes, i feel like she just doesn't like me hanging around Melissa. maybe she has control issues?

Ask Shirley what she finds so repulsive about you. Chances are that she really can't come up with too many bad things about you other than she just wants Melissa to herself. Propose to Shirley that the three of you could try hanging out together and she might like it. If you do this, show as much attention to Shirley as you do Melissa so she doesn't feel left out.
If this doesn't fix the problem with Shirley being so jealous, I bet Melissa will eventually realize that she isn't such a good friend and they'll grow apart.

It sounds like Shirley likes you and is jealous you are hanging out with Melissa.

I'm going to guess that they are competing for your attention. "Shirley" probably is jealous and wants to be your friend like "Melissa" is. Maybe "Shirley" developed a crush on you and doesn't want "Melissa" taking up your time. "Shirley" could even be jealous and feel like you are stealing her friend.
Try talking to which ever one you're closer to, most likely both of them know what's going on and assume you are clueless, even though you obviously aren't. "Shirley" probably doesn't hate you, she could just not be sure what to think of you yet.

you need to ask shirley what her problem is. maybe she feels that if you two start liking each other melissa will not have time for her. let melissa know how you feel about her also.

1. shirley may feel jeaulous a guy likes her friend , but no ones into her
2.she may be really protective of her friend {mainly if they are best friends}
3.she likes you
4.she doesnt trust you
, maybe she heard nasty gossip about u or something
5. she has issues lol
whichever the reason if she gets too noisy between the two of you , then you should have a serious conversation with her about her friend , and let her know that your feelings for melissa are not going to get in between with their friendship
