i liked all of them
but i have to say Austin vs McMahon feud
it was hilarious when Austin filled Vince's corvette with Cement
and when Austin pretend to be a doctor when Vince was in the hospital and then beat Vince up
and when Austin drove that beer truck in the arena and hosed down Vince with beer
i think there will be another feud since Austin is the guest referee

In terms of pure wrestling and great storyline it was Austin vs Bret hart.
In terms of fan reaction and getting over it was Austin vs Vince. Austin and Vince is one of the hottest feuds of all time and is still on-going 10 years later if you watch closely and has never been really resolved at any time

Austin VS. Undertaker, and here's why:
During the Surviver Series "Winner take all" match, Austin eliminated the Undertaker. Then, WCW lost the match, and Austin got transferred to the WWF (E). In real life, Undertaker got mad that Austin got his job back and an immediate title shot after the loss (WCW went out of business, Vince told Undertaker that Austin wouldn't be back). So there was real life tention involved, it made it better.
