Abnormal alignment of your teeth can cause
Abnormal appearance of your face
Difficulty or discomfort when chewing or biting
Speech difficulties, including a lisp
Your dentist will usually refer you to an orthodontist --a dentist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of crooked teeth and misaligned jaws.
A dentist can assess your lisp and perhaps put a series of tiny barbs on the inside of your upper teeth(like braces) to train your tongue not to thrust forward when making an S sound.
You might also want to check with a hearing specialist to see if you have a sycophant S type of speech from not actually hearing the S sound correctly. Adam Arkin has this speech pattern.

The lisp is actually not a lisp at all, but rather a speech impediment, which you can remedy with help of a speech therapist. Most gay men do not have this "attribute", and the ones that do usually "affect it".

You probably need to see a speech therapist for help.
Actually, I knew a professional stock car driver, the son of a well-known driver, who had a speech impediment at your age. Maybe he still does. If anyone knows one who still says "shtring" for string and "shpring" for spring, then you know who I mean. He was a cutie pie when he was 16, but I'm pretty sure he wasn't (and isn't) gay, just a darn good mechanic and all-around nice guy (despite describing himself as "a basically rotten kid").

I would get a good speech therapist. I don't think it would taken many sessions to clear up your lisp. When you go though, I wouldn't describe it as your "gay lisp."

You need to see a Speech Pathologist. Anyone with a lisp, especially at your age, needs the help of a professional. If you have health insurance it should be covered.

i'm not sure if simply a voice can characterize you as gay; i think it is the whole persona... your actions, your words, your body language.. it all adds up; and maybe puberty is just hitting late; men can still 'grow' until their mid-20's so you have many more years to change/mature, etc...
if you think of yourself as 'sounding' gay, i would suspect that you are very self-conscious around others; build your confidence and be 'above the influence'... you'll be fine.

Just try to talk with a deeper voice. If it really really bothers you, then go see a speech therapist.

Speech therapy, or simply try to lower your voice more often.
