Well you could get one at Target, but they might not have great ones. I would try Debs if it is a prom-type gatering, but if not try something like Amercain Eagle or Abercrombie. They might be a bit more expensive, but their dresses are REALLY cute. They carry almost all sizes. But if i were you, and it was a sort of dressy party, I would go to Delia's. They have the cutest dresses ever, and you will be able to get them for a cheap price for sure. They have sizes XS-XXL. And if there isn't one nearby, try www.delias.com

NYC is the place because my mother when she was younger she went to this street with lots of clothing stores and she bought a dress for only under $10.00!! and she matched it with every shoes and accessories try that!!

well, i mean u shud give a more specific price range, the cheapest i think i can think of is like kohls, but if its not that cheapl try delias (not too formal), american eagle, charlotte russe, forever 21, and some others, u shud give a cuple more details it wud help a lot, sry hope this helps

Try second hand stores. You may have to go to a few of them, but you can find some very unique things there and very cheep.
