Personally, Ive had a myspace since it first started years ago. I'm now 29 and about to delete it. I'm over it and its out of control. Those surveys make me feel old too lol. My hubby has one and hes 33. We keep our profiles private and just use it to stay in touch with friends (yes in real life lol) and family members from other states. I have 2 boys that are 9 and 11 and my 11 year old wants to have a myspace. NO WAY! maybe when he's 16...anyways, to answer your question, I think 30 is too old for myspace. but that's just my opinion. :)

One could also ask: How young is too young?

Last time I checked, MySpace didn't have an age limit.

It'd be nice to have a MySpace for the younger humans (like maybe 12-17) and then a MySpace for the mature humans (like 18+).

I'm 28 and have a MySpace (had it since I was about 25). What I like about MySpace is that it's a place where I can contact many friends that I normally don't get to see often. It keeps me in touch with friends and family in other states and cities and I'm a stay-home mom, so it's also fun to chat with my other friends who are also stay-home moms (during the kids naptimes of course!). My stepdaughter is 14 and has one...she's had hers since she was 12. Which I think is a bit young, but whatever...she keeps her profile private and we know what she's up to on there.

By the way, to those kiddies who think 30 is "too old": Tom, the creator of MySpace, is what--in his late 20s, early 30s?

Well I guess you can never be to old to have a myspace... See there is this song Called I'm the oldest man on myspace by Lemon Demon... Here are the lyrics:

I’m the oldest man on Myspace,
on the old computer by my rest home bed.
All my blogs are rambling tales of bygone times.
Everyone in my Top Eight is dead.

When I see a teenaged girl
all made up like a whore,
it takes me straight back
to the second world war…

But I know she’ll never love
an old fart like me,
which is why I put my age
as 23.

I’m the oldest man on Myspace,
wheezing to a My Chemical Romance song.
I’m writing out my will in glitter text.
I’m giving everything to Tom…
Whippersnapper.

O..M..G..
Less..than..three
L..O..L..
What’s that smell?

Oops.

I’m the oldest man on Myspace
I’m the oldest man on Myspace
I’m the oldest man on Myspace
I’m the oldest man on Myspace
I’m the oldest man on Myspace

(typing noises)
(thud)

I know a couple of parents who have myspaces lol. It is a little strange to be honest. If I had to say an age I would say maybe...35 years old is too old. But, I mean if you're just using myspace to network and stuff, you're never too old. I guess it's just weird because when you think of myspace you think of teens.

25, I'd say. I agree with whoever said there should be a Myspace for kids and then one for adults.
