I am not due untill 3/20 but for the last 2 days I have been experiencing pain and cramping in my left pelvic area , My temp. has been running 99.4, today the cramping/pain in the side has stopped but now my lower back hurts and I feel very nauseous and dizzy.I had a blood test done today which came back neg. but I still feel I could be preg.

if your period is not due until the 20th then assuming you have a 28 day cycle your fetile day was the 6th so it has not even been a week i think it takes 5-7 day for the baby to implant so i dunno it seems really soon i dunno i could always tell soon but i don;t think it was that soon keep watching though its your body you know it best

Ewww, sounds like that flu thats going around in my area.
Fever, chills, stomach pains, back aches.
If your blood test says negative, you aren't pregnant.

You would not have cramping and pain this early during pregnancy so most likely you have a virus.

sounds like the stomach flu to me. Not pregnancy
