In a tin cookie can, wrapped in aluminum foil, tickets for two to go to Europe or the theater (depend on your budget :-))

Put your favorite picture of the couple in a nice tin frame, or if you are up to it, make a scrapbook of your son or daughter with childhood pictures, wrap it with foil ribbons.

Wish someone put in this much thought for gifts for me! Enjoy!

A couple's Night Out: arrange for a babysitter to watch their kids (not you, though, because you don't want the couple worrying about coming back home early because they don't want you to be tired), and a gift certificate for a restaurant that they enjoy. If you want to splurge you can even give them a gift certificate for a movie theater also, so that they can have dinner and go to a movie - a perfect date! Good luck!

Keep the kids so they can go out. OR ... A scrapbook of the mementos you've saved from their 10 years of being with you. Photos, ticket stubs, newspaper clippings of places they have been ... it's work, but it doesn't cost a lot and they'll really light up! Good luck.

maybe if u get them a weekd end at anice bed and breakfast. they might enjoy it. they can spend some alone time. i dont know if they have kids, but if they do maybe u can offer to babysit one night while they go on a "date". i know i have been with my hubby for about 8 years and we have 5 going on 6 kids and thats what i would most enjoy is some time alone to maybe catch up on things and talk about things other than kids, home, and work. think about it and try.
