I'll only mention one thing.

Tom Sizemore's character is supposedly an expert in genetics, yet he thinks the four bases in DNA are A, T, G and P. (It's actually A, T, G and C)

You know I really liked that movie. I saw it a long time ago though and don't know if I remember everything. I do remember thinking that they failed at developing the characters. You know the story is about these three stranded astronauts on a strange planet with a "horriffic secret" but the characters were flat and transparent. It would have been a much better movie had they developed the characters more and they weren't so one dimensional. But all in all, I liked the movie - then again I love sci-fi.
