An average IQ score is in the range of 90-110. A score of exactly 100 means that 50% of people score higher than 100 and 50% score below that. Here are some general guidelines for interpreting IQ scores:
140+ Extraordinary intelligence
130-140 Very superior intelligence
120-130 Superior intelligence
110-120 High average intelligence
90-110 Average intelligence

Short Answer: 90-110, probably.
Long Answer:
It's not really that simple... pretty much everything factors into it. Race, where you're from, economic status.
The old method was 100 x (mental age/real age) = IQ, which would mean a 17 year old girl would theoretically have an IQ of 100, except women I think normally score a little lower so somewhere in the 90s. So anywhere between 90-110 I'd say.
IQ doesn't really mean much anyways.

i'm a 17 year old girl and mine is about 129-134, based on internet tests. The average is about 100, but that is for adults, and your last brain development is about 20 years of age. IQ tests are not completely accurate...some of the smartest people do horribly on tests. I'd say about 100 is pretty accurate.

Well since the average for an adult is 100 if I remember correctly, and 17 is just short of being an adult, I'd put it somewhere in the 90's

If you are talking about her taking an adult-based IQ test, than around 99. If it is specifically for her age, than somewhere around 104

I have several friends who are teachers. They tell me that most 17 year old females in their classes have IQs that approximate their shoe sizes.
