We have a few springs on our property. Anything cool we could do with them?

If you have enough volume of flow, you can install a small hydraulic turbine to generate electricity. You could make a miniature water wheel also. The obvious is fresh water for your home, and yard.

You could develop it into a lake or pond. My house water comes from a spring beside our house. It runs into a cistern and then gets pumped into a pressure tank. It's great tasting water and we have no hard minerals in it. The overflow from the cistern feeds a 1.5 acre pond where we keep fish, and just tonight I noticed our Canadian Geese are back and also a pair of ducks.

you could look into heating your house with them its called aqua thermal and you draw heat from the water so the temperature never drops below I think 57 degrees and all you have to do is bring the temp. up from there /
