Be tried as a war criminal? Should a country engineering countless weapons and even making weapons deals with other countries to start wars be considered terrorist?

Yes, I am obviously speaking of "presidente fox" which by the way, isn't the president of Mexico anymore and hasn't been since last november. No, I am talking about the most patriotic of them all, George W. Bush.

And who exactly are you referring to? If you are referring to the Bush Administration, then I can't answer this. Because it's impossible to answer a question that is baseless.

I do not wish to hear an opinion of a Mexican about world politics. You have a country that can be labelled as a piece of s**t and it should get itself together before calling our president a war criminal. The USA did not know that the Sunnis and Shiites would begin killing one another...although I admit we should have known it would happen because of past history. They have been killing each other for centuries and admittedly, Saddam Hussein's ruthless government kept them in check. Start something? Get your hand lopped off. Start something against Saddam and get your head lopped off. Yes. Iraq was better off with Saddam at the head of government.

No,its called a war which the senate and congress also voted for,he is not a dictator and just go to war.Thats why in America the President doesnt have the power to just declare war on anyone.I guess with your thinking,we would have to go back in history and proscuted all other Presidents who went to war.Its a shame too many uneducated and hateful people cant see through the hatred and see the process we have at going to war..People call this President ignorant yet they claim he has all these amazing powers that no other President had????Get real.

It depends on whether that person was ousting someone else who murdered 2,000,000. Sure Iraq was stable under Saddam, it was crushed under an iron fist.

It depends on the definition of "war crimes".
In the US, war crimes are defined in 18 USC 2441, and used to be based on the Geneva Convetion requirements. That changed in 2006.
As far as some international definition of war crimes, only countries who agree to treaties are bound by them. And even then, only to the extent that they choose to be.

I guess all the people that gave him the ok to do it too should go to jail too, and maybe all the Americans that wanted to attack Iraq. We know where you are going, and we're tired of it. Bush isnt ever going to be tried, so stop pressing the issue with pitty acclaims and accusations please.
