It is not legal for a 21 year old to have sexual relations with someone who is 15 years old.

Let me make this clear. your daughter is a kid, he is NOT. Be honest about that. You did not protect her as a mother should. What kind of future do you think they'll have even without this issue? Learn from the mistakes and hope for a better life. What can be done now...try to salvage a family.

You need a good experienced attorney. The best you can afford. No question. Bottom line.

Also, birthcontrol for your daughter after she delivers AND a box of condoms for your son-in-law. This situation has "welfare" written all over it and I have kids of my own. I don't want to pay for yours too. Especially not another one.

He's here illegally; he committed statutory rape, since a minor cannot consent to sex - and you want to SUPPORT this person? Gee, that's a great example to set your daughter.

First, the baby needs to go up for adoption - it will have a much better chance in life than your daughter can offer it. Second, she needs to get the marriage annulled, and third, you need to report this guy to the authorities so that he'll get deported.

Did the court KNOW he was illegal when they allowed the marriage? I don't think so! They would have sent him back to his own country.
