Any time you have bleeding during pregnancy you should go get checked by your Dr. or at the ER. It's always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to this. It's not always that you are losing your baby, but sometimes bleeding can indicate complications or a condition that can be treated. Good Luck.

Get to the hospital! May just be "spotting" but i have been advised/warned by MANY women that no matter how heavy or how light, if i see ANY blood to go get this checked A.S.A.P! It may be nothing but with blood take no chances!! Good luck!

Some women do continue to have their period while they are carrying, however this isn't very common. A few spots is a sign of stress. Either way, you need to consult a doctor about this. It is very important to stay in communication with your doctor.

If it is just pink then you are probably just spotting, but if it is bright red you should think about going to the ER, or call your doctor as soon as possible.

Call your doctor NOW, particularly if it was heavy bleeding or if you are still bleeding or spotting.
