The episodes of Naruto Shippuden are pretty much put on youtube as soon as they're aired and subbed - so generally the next morning (it's an incredibly popular series). The next episode will probably be up on Friday, as it airs on Thursday nights. The next Friday (the 23rd) there won't be an episode up, but the week after (the 30th) it will be an hour long.
And since the Shippuden (episodes past 220) is a new series, they're now generally numbered starting at 1 for 221, 5 for 225, etc.

Okay, let's see...
To be clear, there is no Naruto 225. Naruto ended at 220 and then became Naruto: Shippuden. Currently, that is at episode four, since episode five did not show last week. Also, I imagine that it will be quite a while before they even get to 346, which really wouldn't be 346, but rather episode 1xx of Shippuden.
Finally, as to when it will be on Youtube: It depends on when the person (or persons) gets it and chooses to upload it.

Naruto episode 225 will most likely be put on youtube on March 16, or march 17. manga 346 will put up at the same time.

naruto epsiode 225 is airing on the 3/15/2007 so it should be on youtube either tommorrow or the next day and 226 is airing on the 3/29/2007 and i have no idea about the rest

Naruto Shippuden episodes come almost every week. this week it comes out on March 15. u watch it March 16 because of the whole youtube thing. go to wikipedia and check the thing under naruto characters. go down u'll see a Naruto Shippuden Episodes link. click on it and u'll see when the episodes come out. for the whole wikipedia thing, just go to google and click on the first one. it's as easy as that.
put naruto characters in the google search box and click on the first one. enjoy

I know that i dont know but im waiting 2 i mean ive watched episodes 1-224 and im kinnda mad that i cant see the rest.
