About 600. without the fries, milkshake, coke or whatever. If you are a teenage girl of normal size then you should be okay at around 1800 - 2000 calories a day, but if you need to lose weight, stick at around 1000 calories a day and don't forget as a girl, you need to eat 3 times a day with no more than 5 hour intervals between meals, except when you are asleep of course.
