On Saturday I signed what I thought was an Offer to Buy a House. The cooling-off period was explained and that it would cost me 0.25% of the Purchse price if I changed my mind. I have now changed my mind! The Real Estate Agent tells me it was actually a contract that I signed and as the vendor accepted my offer I am noe liable for 0.25% of the Purchase Price. Is this right?
