I'm taking a survey. I'm republican, and just want to see the majority of this from people on Yahoo Answers. Although, I can guess most will be democrat.

Why would you guess that most would be democrat? Democrat or Republican? I'd have to say I am American!! With a little bit of both parties in my personality. Depends on the issue at hand.

I am a little of both. I don't care for extreme liberals. And I can't stand extreme conservatives. I guess I'm close to the fence on most issues. Right in the middle. Before I vote, I do my homework. I study the candidates and the issues.

I'm neither. I believe most politicuians are only out for themselves, protecting their values and those of their financial backers. Why do you think smoking is still legal in this country? Because the tobacco industries back politicians; the same is true with the liquor companies. Its a ll a game of repaying favors and trying to incorporate personal beliefs into national and state policies and abusing the legislative system to do it.
