Bright clothes and matching accessories ( orange, yellow, green, and red )
No heavy makeup. Go for the natural look. : )
As for perfume, maybe something subtle.

I like bright yellows, pinks, etc. I have fair skin so the lighter shades wash me out. Light makeup, and perfume like celine dion's Notes

i think spring is a time for bright happy colors :
light blue
baby pink
yellow orange
peach
periwinkle
delicate shade of green
pastels in general
and basically colors u would find on a decorative easter basket
