If any of you have a Motorola Q phone, can you please tell me how to change the time? I went to settings and tried it 3 x and it just goes back to its original time (before daylight savings). What gives?

You have to go to Microsoft's web site to download the Updated file.
Using the Microsoft Internet Explorer Mobile browser on your device, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/ and download the Daylight Saving Time 2007 Update your Windows Mobile device. This file will install the update directly on the device. On your device, navigate to the file you downloaded, and then click on it to install the update.

I even have had the two and prefer my present day Q greater useful. Telenav GPS purely grew to alter into available for the Q (it became into already available on the BB). very wonderful toy. i got here across my way around Chicago for the period of a recent holiday with out situation.
