I was suspended from work for not calling in sick im a hourly pay employee and this has all in explanation they told me that i was suspended from my job but wasnt told when was my suspension over they told me it was to further notice is there such thing as that???? I Told them that i wasnt going to sign my suspension because i never have received a warning for my job and that was the first time that has happen i know i also didnt sign for that reason because the letter didnt have a day saying whe my suspension was over do i receive any pay or not once again this is in the state of California i also been working there with them for 2 years and they have never gave me health benefits im a full time employee is that wrong??????? By the way did i do right or wrong by not signing the letter

No offense intended but sometimes people only see or tell one side of a story. Assuming your account is complete and accurate I would suggest the following.

Contact your Union Representative. Even if you are not a paying member they will at least counsel you and most likely they will be able to help.

As for signing the letter, I don't know. I do know that while I was with the Feds signing a letter like that meant that you had seen it. Absolutely nothing more than that. A Union Rep would be able to answer this question also.

I was suspended today until further notice, they told me that a human resource rep will be in contact with me about my suspension, if they decide to fire me do i receive my weekly salary, my PTO, and whatever money i have accumulated on my 401k i work in california?

dont sign anything. call the wage and labor board in your state. If there is no contract involved or union representation, your employer can do pretty much whatever they want. Do you vote? Consider this situation next time you have that chance.
