I need help to get my pet back from a significant other. The dog is registered and is licensed in my name with a lifetime tatoo. What should I do?

get the papers and head to the police station
you name is on the papers so your dog, and she is stealing from you. Have the police tell her it's your dog and have them there to get it back so nothing happens with you two, like a fight or something

Get copies of vet bills that state that you paid for em and also the papers on your dog.
Is it a dog bought from a breeder? if so have those papers as well

since the animal is registered in your name you should be able to go over there with somone and pick it up if not phone your vet and possibly an officer and tell them you want your animal and your significant other will not give it back to you.

Why don't you try to get along and share "parenting". I'm sure the dog cares about both of you as you both care about the dog. The dog can't get too much love. Try to think about the dogs feelings to not just yours.
