They are actually more comfortabel in my personal opinion.

tampons are much better than pads... pads feel like diapers and you have to worry about it leaking through, if someone can see it, what u can and can't wear with it and, feeling the blood on your vagina ...eewww gross

I used to think that tampons were more comfortable for a time until I later discovered that they were actually more uncomfortable for me than pads.
I had to stop using tampons due to medical reasons unrelated to the tampon itself.

no i feel that pads are more comfortable than tampons because you can tell just how much blood and other things.
