Would you define your "Soul" first?

You assume that people have souls.
You assume that you can harvest people's souls. I think you are wrong on at least one count. I do think however, that if you are cruel enough to someone over a long period of time, you can kill someone's soul. But you will never get your hands on one, so to speak.

You cannot. Souls are not tangible or visible. Unless you mean it in the poetic sense like when Bob Dylan sang: I gave you my heart and you wanted my soul... I guess meaning the other person should give up his or her free will...
