Both filling types have their advantages.
Sand filling is better for stalling the hacky sack because the bag is heavier and shapes easier to your foot. To make sure sand doesnt leak out of your hacky sack, make sure you never do toe pickups, always use your hand to get the footbag off the ground. Also hand wash your footbag occasionaly with cold water, this will keep the panels clean and stop them from breaking down as quickly.
Plastic pellets are good for freestyle tricks because the bag seems to have a lot more 'pop' when you kick it. Pellets are also better for beginners because sand is more likely to leak.

I'd say pellets, because theres sometimes a chance that the bag on the inside that holds the sand/pellets will break. Meaning either sand or pellets come out. Also, sand bags are heavier, are they not?

Pellets are definitely better. I find that they 'form' better when you are manipulating the hacky sack whereas sand tends to 'clump'.

I agree, sand bags would be heavier, but you could use smaller ones?
But I'd say pellets too :]

This sewing would be placed close to the eyelet holes. employing your sharp merchandise, initiate cutting that double sewing on the two sides of the tongue. This step will enable the shoe to be slightly looser at the same time as starting to be an more desirable toe section (great for kicking and stalling) – don’t difficulty; they shouldn’t disintegrate from this slightl modification.
