Does anyone knows how many questions do you have to get wrong in order to fail? & was the exam hard?

If you are talking about the A+ Exam, I took it about 1.5 years ago. It was 70 questions for about one hour ten/twenty minutes. It was semi-difficult (I wouldn't say it was that bad since I'm not even out of high school yet and I'm certified). I got the bare minimum to pass the hardware (pretty lucky) but I don't remember how many questions I got wrong. Each questions is weighted differently (some questions bring more points because of their general importance, some less, etc.). Passing score for hardware is 515 out of 900.
