Assuming you like conversation - everybody is going to ask you when you are due, and if not already - they are going to want to put their hands on your belly...I hated that part!
You will waddle more than ever, if you have an active baby - you will actually see it do somersaults, which was kind of fun. (I always thought my daughter was training for water olympics near the end of my pregnancy) Hiccups are a common occurrence, unmistakable & kind of funny. My daughter also stretched a lot - she would put both feet right up under my ribs and push upwards, which improved my posture greatly!. You will start peeing every 2 hours, even in the middle of the night - so when baby finally arrives, you will have been acclimated to the night-time wakings (and purposeful sleep walking!)
If you haven't already - you get to prepare the nursery, and go through a 'nesting' phase where you will clean and/or straighten the weirdest things. (mine was the linen closet - I refolded everything a dozen times & stacked/restacked until I got everything in the "perfect" color combination)
It will be an exhausting 10 weeks, but interesting as well!!

Stretch marks... Just Kidding, maybe you will be one of the lucky few who don't get any. Seriously the next 10 weeks are going to fly by, you'll be a mommy before you know it, so get plenty of rest and relaxation. I really enjoyed reading about anything that prepares you for labor, delivery and all the excitment that follows. It is especially good to be prepared for the unexpected. A really good book is what to expect when your expecting. You can never have too much information and all the crazy tips you read really do come in handy. Good luck and enjoy.....Get off the computer & go get some rest...lol

The most amazing feeling in the world when you hold that warm baby for the first time, seconds after he/she is born. I still remember vividly how it felt to be handed my daughter 9 years ago. :-)

Start washing the baby's clothes and getting the room already. Remember, the end is near and it'll be worth the wait!

Feeling and seeing your baby moving about in your belly, i loved that and took lots of films of my belly moving! Getting tired, the nesting instinct, swelling of your ankles, starting to need to pee more ofton, getting heavier and bigger, buying nice things for your baby and lots more. The best thing meeting your baby at the end of it!

well there is this iky drink that you are going to have to drink really soon it is to see if youe iron and the baby's is ok..i am 28 weeks pregnant, i have heard that the stuff you have to drink is nasty but owell i guess... another thing you have to look forward too is he/she sticking his feet right in your ribs and leaving them there as he/she is loosing room in your belly..
