I already advertise on Monster.com and craigslist with fairly decent results, but I am always looking for new ideas. Please don't suggest any of the "get rich quick" sites. My company is registered with the US Chamber of Commerce, National Health Alliance, dental associations, etc. We are NOT looking for the same people that are going to the get rich quick sites, but for assertive individuals with leadership qualities. Have any other employers out there had good results at any sites besides the ones above? I won't mention my company for fear of being accused of spam, but it is mostly internet work, with some customer service and paperwork.

Try www.iHireSales.Com i've used them in the past with alright results. And if you are in the Pacific Northwest a local favorite is www.JobDango.com.

Talk to people. The key is to listen to them. Find out what their needs are. If you can provide the answer to their needs, and they see it, then they will be motivated. For example, if they say one of their biggest concerns is financial security for retirement and you can show them how your company can help them map out a doable path, if the light doesn't go on, then say "thanks" and move on.
