Who do you think will win when the two most bitter enemies square off tonight? The Red Sox with their power-hitting Big Papi and Manny or the Bronx Bombers with their clutch hitting DE-REK JE-TER and Carl Pavano?
Also, who will win the AL East this year? And if the Red Sox and Yankees somehow make it to the Playoffs, then who do you think will get farther?

Who's cares about pre-season final scores! However, I do think the Red Sox will win the AL East. The starting pitching is solid and the bullpen has been strengthened.

It will be a good game, but Boston has been having rtouble getting hits in the early part of the game and that could be costly in the end. The Yankees have score more than half their runs in the seventh inning or later so far. It will be close at first, then see the two teams start going at it after the fifth inning.
As for who wins the East. Yankees again. The Red Sox only improved their pitching by signing Dice-K, and he is unproven so far, having both a good outing, and a rocky one.
Yankees solidified their defense and rounded out their pitching. They also have an abundence of young talent in the minors including Phillip Hughes and Humberto Sanchez.

I'm guessing the Yanks will win tonight but it's just spring training,means nothing.As for the regular season the Yankess will once agian win the division and the Red Sox won't even get 2nd place.They will be seated in 3rd behind the Blue Jays.But if they do meet in teh playoffs I'll also have to say the Yankees agian.Of course now that I said this watch Boston go 162-0.

ok i think that the Yankees will win the Al east but Boston will also make the playoffs via wild card. I think the yanks have a shot at the World serie. It would be good to see a Subway Series.

Probably yankees, for both. But Yanks lost Sheffield, which, I guess since they have a ton of good players, does not mean much. I think the Sox will get the wild card.

dude, it is PRE SEASON, it doesnt matter who wins. I am a die heart yankee fan, and we will win the season series, and we will give them a sequal of the boston massacare, just not 4 straight games, the sox wont even make the playoffs, the tigers and twins will get the wild card

its only a spring training game so its going to be fun to see hwta happedns but what im looking foward is in the regular season yankees will kick the red sux butt yankeees will win the yankees will get farther
