No, All Livingstone wants to do is spend taxpayers money on saturating London's streets with buses & spending Billions on the Olympics, he and his fellow Marxists will eventually bankrupt London

Gun Crime = Difficult problem requiring much thought
Traffic = Easy Problem requiring little thought, just tax everyone off the road

I don't know Ken Livingstone's position on gun crime, but suspect it's the same as most of us. No doubt he will welcome your suggestions. He's a very approachable chap as I recall it, so why don't you take the practical approach & give him you advice?
